Tian Tan Buddha Statue
The Tian Tan Buddha is a large bronze statue of the Buddha, located at Ngong Ping. Also known as the Giant Buddha, it is the world's tallest outdoor seated bronze Buddha. Tian Tan Buddha is located nearby the Po Lin Monastery. It symbolizes the harmonious relationship between man and nature, people and religion
Po Lin Monastery is the most popular Buddhist temple in HK. Po Lin Monastery is now well developed with a number of structures including the Mahavira Hall and the Heavenly King Hall.

Wisdom Path
Wisdom Path features an arrangement of 38 giant wood columns measuring 8-10 metres long and 1 metre wide to showcase calligraphy by master of Chinese studies Professor Jao Tsung-I. These wood columns are arranged in a "∞" pattern.

How's the vegetarian lunch in the Po Lin Monastery (price and quality) ? I have never tried it and would like to know your comments.

Hi Jenny, there have 2 different kinds of vegetarian meal set in the Po Lin Monatery, one is $60 and the other one is $100 per person. The taste of the $100 set is mostly good. However, for the $60 set ......... so i strongly recommended that you can try the $100 meal set!!
